Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and support make-ready tasks for vacant homes to ensure timely leasing.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, following safety policies, and documenting tasks for management. A valid driver's license and EPA refrigerant certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate with vendors.
• Repair and maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities following safety rules.
• Document work, track inventory, and report issues to management.
