Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a current Michigan license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- CPR certification required.
- Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents and coordinate total nursing care for residents.
- Assess resident conditions and implement interventions; develop and follow Care Plans.
- Administer medications and coordinate with physicians, DON, and staff.
- Monitor residents and assist CNAs with daily care and comfort.
