Job summary

Harmony Village of Clawson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting on 12‑hour shifts and full‑time schedule.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and document care and reports in PCC, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. CPR certified and Michigan LPN license required; two years LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions to implement intervention and develop Care Plans. Accurately record resident observations and follow through on Care Plans.
• Make rounds of residents with a physician; observe symptoms, progress and reactions to treatments; implement interventions as necessary.
• Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care directed to residents' physiologic and psychosocial needs.
