Rio Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor & Document Imaging Specialist II to join our Loan Administration team in Elsa, TX. You will review loan packages, ensure documentation is complete, and maintain electronic records to support accurate servicing and closing readiness.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of banking or related financial services experience and one year in loan operations, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Word/Excel.

• At least two years of banking or related financial services experience.
• At least one year of loan operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Review new and renewed loan packages for accuracy, required documentation, collateral, and outstanding items.
• Complete pre-funding reviews and help ensure loans are ready for closing.
• Prepare and maintain UCC filings, lien searches, and other collateral documentation.
• Process approved loan extensions, payment changes, collateral releases, and substitutions.
• Maintain accurate electronic credit and loan files.
• Image and index loan documents in the Bank’s electronic records system.
• Track documentation exceptions, loan covenants, and other follow-up items through completion.
• Review loan reports and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Process insurance policies, title documentation, recorded instruments, and other loan-related documents.
• Provide responsive support to loan officers and other Bank team members.
• Protect confidential customer and Bank information and follow established policies and procedures.
