Job summary

Seneca Trail Healthcare Center is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA) to lead operations and ensure high-quality resident care at our Lewisburg, WV facility. This full-time role focuses on financial stewardship, team leadership, and regulatory compliance in a post-acute care setting.

The successful candidate will hold WV LNHA licensure, demonstrate strong budgeting and leadership capabilities, and foster a compassionate, patient-centered culture across staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Must meet all West Virginia State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of West Virginia.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and quality resident care is provided at all times.
• Function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure work is accomplished and quality care is delivered.
