Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a facility through a period of innovation and growth. You will drive clinical excellence, resident-focused care, and team development in a fast-changing healthcare landscape.

The role requires an active LNHA license, at least three years of operating a skilled nursing facility, and a track record of achieving results in staff satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and business development.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the facility with strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit; guide strategy, operations, and outcomes.
