Qualificações

• Current New York State LNHA license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience leading a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Solid understanding of long-term care operations, regulations, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Ability to lead a large, complex operation with a resident-centered focus.
