Job summary

Johnson Law Group in Texas seeks a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our Personal Injury team through all stages of litigation. You will work closely with attorneys on case preparation, discovery, and trial exhibits in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paralegal experience, a solid understanding of Texas court rules, and strong communication and organizational skills committed to client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and filing procedures in Texas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support for personal injury cases from intake through trial.
• Draft, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Conduct factual and legal research as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.
