Omega Law Group in Houston seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support personal injury litigation. The role requires proactive researchers with excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills to advance case goals and deadlines.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, coordinate depositions, communicate with clients, and assist attorneys in trial preparation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with court rules.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate (ABA‑approved) or a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient with legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal court rules.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings with accuracy and deadlines.
• Propound and manage discovery with proper service.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and documents.
• Respond to discovery requests with appropriate objections.
• Draft and format other discovery tools and review subpoenas.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial-related events.
• Support attorneys during trial with exhibits and witness examination.
• Participate actively in meetings.
