Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a Community Manager.
3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experience.
Proven experience managing property operations, occupancy, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
Deliver exceptional resident service and satisfaction.
Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Tax Credit, and Affordable Housing program requirements.
Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting.
Supervise, coach, and develop on-site team members.
Coordinate maintenance and vendor management to ensure timely work orders.
Foster positive resident and community relations.
