Job summary

HaleyResidential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will manage inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person visits, qualify leads, and close leases, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and community presentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong organization, and the ability to work Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a sense of urgency and follow up promptly on all prospective leads, setting appointments, tours, obtaining applications and closing the lease/sale.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Competence in navigating web-based and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• Prior experience in a related field is preferred.
• Consistent and punctual attendance is crucial to performing the duties of this position.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, SMS, and in person.
• Greet and assess needs for prospective residents and showcase apartment community.
• Qualify leads and close leases.
• Follow up with leads using CRM tools to maintain engagement and lease conversions.
• Process applications, leases, rent payments, and deposits.
• Maintain lease paperwork and reports in the appropriate systems.
• Monitor market conditions and keep the community appealing.
