Haley Real Estate Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in Kenosha, WI. The role focuses on guiding prospects from first contact through lease signing, delivering exceptional customer service, and presenting apartments with confidence.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate tours and photos, and work with CRM to stay engaged. The position is part-time and aims to achieve high occupancy while supporting residents and property teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a sense of urgency and follow up promptly on leads, setting appointments and tours.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with web-based tools and basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and Saturday availability.
• Prior experience in a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries from calls, emails, and in-person visits related to sales inquiries.
• Show units and amenities; arrange video tours and take photos of ready apartments.
• Qualify prospects and close leases; maintain engagement through CRM communications.
• Process applications, lease paperwork, rent payments and deposits.
• Maintain model units and common areas; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Assist residents with account setup and renewals to maximize occupancy.
