Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development, preferably in a financial institution or credit union.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops a thorough understanding of departmental business strategies and learning needs by collaborating with managers, offering tailored solutions and best practices for knowledge transfer.
• Works with managers and stakeholders to create customized, role-based learning pathways that address skill gaps and enhance team performance.
• Builds credit union knowledge, gathers information, and establishes key networks to analyze and respond to current and future learning requirements.
• Produces a variety of learning content, including live sessions, interactive workshops, on demand trainings, microlearning modules, and job aids, ensuring employees have access to diverse training resources beyond LMS platforms.
• Designs and develops new trainings with clear objectives, content, project timelines, and rollout plans, including comprehensive communication strategies.
• Applies adult learning principles and instructional design methods to create eLearning, job aids, facilitator guides, blended learning, and structured materials.
