Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services near Tacoma, WA. You will evaluate students, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to maximize participation and progress.

The role offers a contract arrangement with negotiable weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Prior pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current OT license in the state is required.
• Prior school-based or pediatric OT experience is preferred to adapt to students’ needs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students, creating individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student participation and success.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication regarding student progress.
• Support IEP teams by providing input and expertise on OT interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices.
