The role requires maintaining OS patches, managing inventories, and assisting with training and deployments. Strong communication and customer service are essential; 1+ year help desk experience and a CS/IT degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year IT Help Desk experience.
• Experience connecting PCs to networks and Windows 10 in a domain.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC issues and maintain OS patches.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 IT support to local and remote employees.
• Install hardware and software, perform updates and maintenance.
• Document corrective actions and escalate as needed.
• Assist with training, deployment, and updates of IT systems.
• Maintain asset inventory and workstation images.
• Follow procedures and maintain security and policy compliance.
