Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Kinston, NC seeks an IOP Facilitator to support clients within SAIOP, co-facilitating psychoeducation and psychotherapy groups and developing aftercare plans.

You will collaborate with clinicians and an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, engagement, and continuity of care while delivering compassionate, recovery‑focused services in a Monday–Friday position with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Must have LCAS or CADC/CADC-I certification and experience in substance use services.
• Experience facilitating psycho-education and psychotherapy groups.
• Valid NC driver’s license and auto insurance when using agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients within SAIOP.
• Co-facilitate psycho-education and psychotherapy groups.
• Establish and monitor aftercare plans for clients.
• Coordinate with clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
