Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Kinston, NC is seeking a compassionate IOP Facilitator to join a multidisciplinary team and provide SAIOP group services, aftercare planning, and family outreach.

This on-site role supports recovery and long-term stability, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm and potential evening groups. Competitive benefits accompany a dedication to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Full or provisional licensure: LCAS or CADC or CADC-I certification and experience in substance use services.
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients within the SAIOP program, co-facilitate and facilitate psycho-education and psychotherapy groups, establish and maintain aftercare plans, and initiate contact with family and support systems.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate placement within the continuum of care and promote a therapeutic environment.
