Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Kinston, NC is seeking an IOP Facilitator to provide direct SAIOP services, co-facilitate psycho-education groups, and help develop aftercare plans. You will collaborate with clinical supervisors and an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and continuity of care.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–5:00 pm) onsite with occasional evening group facilitation, competitive pay, robust benefits, life and disability insurance, a 403(b) plan, PSLF qualifying

Qualifications

• Full or provisional licensure: LCAS or CADC or CADC-I certification and experience in substance use services.
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles used for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services within SAIOP and co-facilitate psycho-education and psychotherapy groups.
• Establish client aftercare plans and initiate contact with family and support systems.
• Work with clinical supervisors and interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate placement and a therapeutic environment.
