Job summary

Healing Revitalized is seeking a skilled Recovery Specialist and Group Therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The role emphasizes strong group facilitation, trauma-focused care, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

The ideal candidate will have addiction-treatment experience and be comfortable delivering various group formats, while supporting client recovery and family involvement in treatment.

Qualifications

• Required: CADC or higher related certification
• Experience working in addiction treatment (IOP, PHP, residential, outpatient, or recovery programs)
• Experience facilitating therapeutic groups

Responsibilities

• Group Facilitation: Lead process, psychoeducational, and recovery-focused groups
• Clinical Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Treatment Team Collaboration: Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations
