Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Intervention Specialist to support 7th through 12th graders in a welcoming, collaborative school setting in Ohio.

You will deliver targeted instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with teammates to create effective supports. Flexible scheduling allows part-time (three days/21 hours) or full-time engagement during regular school hours (8:00 AM–3:00 PM). No IEP writing required.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License is required.
• Prior experience with middle and/or high school students preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for progress monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to create instructional trials and effective student supports.
• Enthusiastic about working in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs.
• Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and share updates with stakeholders.
• Develop creative instructional methods and necessary supports for student success.
