Qualifications

• Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data.
• Creating a positive, structured learning environment.
• Supporting students, families, and general education staff.
• Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills.
• Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
