Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking an Intervention Specialist to provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in Dayton, Ohio. The role supports collaboration with teachers, school psychologists, and families, delivering individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals across PreK–12 settings.

Role offers full- or part-time options, Monday–Friday school hours, and benefits eligibility based on hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Intervention Specialist or Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and behavior management.
• Assist in data collection and documentation for IEP compliance.
• Partner with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
