Qualifications

• Current state certification in Special Education (Intervention Specialist).
• Experience with students with diverse learning needs, including behavioral challenges.
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional methods for individual students.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff and families.
• Ability to monitor progress, collect data, and implement effective interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with IEP goals and standards.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school teams and parents for progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance, behavior, and communications.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment meeting each student's needs.
