Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Denver seeks an Intake Coordinator to be the first voice for prospective clients seeking therapy. You will listen, answer questions, and match clients with the right clinician, while scheduling appointments and keeping records in our EHR/EMR system.

The full-time, in-office role requires empathy, organization, and teamwork in a mission-driven environment. HIPAA confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or mental health intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and common office software.
• Experience with EHR/EMR and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective clients by phone, email, and text.
• Listen with empathy and guide clients to the clinician who fits their needs.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments in client management systems.
• Maintain accurate client information and billing details in EHR/EMR.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately in all interactions.
• Support care continuity with Intake and Operations teams.
• Follow HIPAA confidentiality standards.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist the Denver office with day-to-day operations.
