Colorado Women’s Center in Denver seeks an Intake Coordinator to warmly welcome new clients by phone and guide them to the clinician best suited to their needs. You will schedule appointments, maintain accurate client information and billing in the EHR system, and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.
This full-time, in-office role emphasizes HIPAA compliance and teamwork with the Intake/Operations teams to ensure continuous care for women’s mental health.
This position’s primary place of work is our Denver office at 1764 Platte St., a historic building on Platte Street between Union Station and Lower Highlands. It’s easy to reach on foot, by car, by bike, or by scooter, and it’s within walking distance of some of Denver’s best restaurants.
As an Intake Coordinator, you are the first voice many women hear when they take the step toward therapy. You listen, answer their questions, and match each new client with the clinician who fits her needs best. This is a phone-based, client-facing role. You work independently and stay closely connected to a supportive, mission-driven team.
Full-time, in office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay range: $22.50–$25 per hour.
