Under supervision, you will collect information, assess needs, and coordinate with appropriate departments to direct clients to resources while ensuring accurate documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative, healthcare, or legal setting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Collect and verify essential information (contact, insurance, medical/legal history).
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into systems.
• Obtain signatures and ensure intake forms are completed and filed.
• Assess needs and refer to appropriate services or departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; follow privacy policies.
