Safety National, headquartered near St. Louis, MO, seeks an Insurance Operations Coordinator in Account Services to support policy life cycles from submission to issuance. You will coordinate tasks, track written business, and maintain adherence to procedures with strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite at an intermediate level
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple time-sensitive projects
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
• Strong capability in the utilization of systems and supporting applications
• Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the St. Louis Corporate Office

Responsibilities

• Support prospective and renewal accounts throughout the policy life cycle
• Ensure account servicing is accurate, timely, and aligned with procedures and standards
• Manage submission set-up, account analysis, reporting and tracking of written business
• Monitor system issues and assist with testing resolutions
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and follow up to obtain information for policy issuance
