Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline required
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families preferred
• Clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families
• Hold individual and family sessions 3 times weekly
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families in homes
• Collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts
• Provide on-call crisis support and maintain EMR documentation
