Job summary

Caritas of Austin in Austin, TX is seeking a Housing Stability Program Manager to administer the Housing Stability Program, supervise program coordinators and case managers providing wraparound services to clients facing housing crises within a Rapid Re-Housing model.

The role requires a bachelor’s in social work or related field; master’s preferred; licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LCDC preferred; minimum three years of management and client services experience; base salary range is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, counseling, or related human services field.
• Master’s degree preferred in same fields.
• Licensure LMSW/LCSW/LPC or LCDC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Housing Stability Program and supervise program coordinators and case managers.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and manage program budgets.
• Maintain HMIS and data reporting; coordinate with ECHO for referrals.
