Job summary

Caritas of Austin is seeking a Supportive Housing Program Coordinator to supervise staff, volunteers and interns, and coordinate program activities within the Supportive Housing program. The role includes data collection, training, grant compliance, and collaboration with the Program Manager to implement housing services and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Master’s in social work or related field preferred.
• Social Work licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management for adults experiencing chronic homelessness.
• Develop and monitor housing service plans toward stability.
• Coordinate access to mental health, substance abuse, and physical health services.
• Maintain HMIS data and documentation per guidelines.
• Assist in housing identification, applications, move-ins and sustainability.
• Prepare regular internal and funder reports.
