Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in customer service or social services preferred.
• Experience with case management and housing assistance programs is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret program rules and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor self-sufficiency plans for participants.
• Conduct eligibility interviews and verify income and assets.
• Process HAP contracts, rent adjustments, and reexaminations.
• Maintain confidential participant files and prepare program reports.
• Coordinate with landlords and service providers to ensure compliance.
