Job summary

Spokane County provides medically necessary behavioral health case management and individualized support services for adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or co‑occurring disorders. Work is performed independently within well‑defined guidelines under the direction of the Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Manager.

Coordinates services with Spokane RSA behavioral health agencies, conducts intake, develops person‑centered treatment plans, assists housing searches, and navigates HUD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2 years behavioral health experience.
• AAC credential within 60 days of hire if applicable.
• NPI within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with Spokane RSA behavioral health agencies and housing providers.
• Conduct intake interviews and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist housing searches and navigate HUD housing processes.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and ensure program compliance.
