Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under close supervision. The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to physician plans of care, and real-time documentation during visits.

As an RN in this position, you will coordinate with the Clinical team, manage patient education, and ensure timely communication of progress and outcomes to the nursing department for billing and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with current license.
• Experience providing direct patient care to home or infusion-site patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing care plans.
• Assesses patient needs and status during home visits and documents changes.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapies and care plans.
• Coordinates with clinical team and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Discharges patients with instructions and summarizes care progress.
