Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or infusion site under supervision of a nurse manager. You will implement nursing plans, educate patients and families, and ensure patient safety under a physician's plan of care.

Responsibilities include evaluating progress, coordinating with the clinical team, and maintaining accurate real-time documentation for billing and care continuity. Must have active RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments; evaluates patient progress towards goals.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit; documents and communicates with physicians.
• Provides safe patient education to patients and families for independence with prescribed therapy.
