Job summary

Naven Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse I to deliver safe, patient-centered infusion care in patients' homes or infusion sites. You will operate under a physician's plan of care and close supervision, coordinating with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and basic computer skills, with 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred. Travel to patient homes is required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practice state.
• CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Infusion nursing experience preferred; 0-2 years acceptable.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care in home or infusion site per physician plan.
• Perform treatments, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with clinical team and document care in real time.
• Assist with discharge planning and reporting patient progress.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.
