Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of office experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling of caregivers and ensure top-quality service.
• Conduct in-home visits and provide client updates.
• Support field staff and ensure care plans stay on track.
• Serve as a problem solver to juggle schedules and changes.
