Job summary

THERAPY 2000 seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in home-health settings across Texas. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and create home exercise programs in partnership with families, coordinating care with the medical team.

Ideal candidates will hold a Texas SLP license, be reliable, and adaptable to evolving patient needs; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required.
