Carolinas CARE Partnership seeks a Prevention Program Coordinator to support HIV prevention services, including testing, outreach, and resource coordination. You will work with the Prevention Program Lead to ensure client-centered, culturally responsive practices aligned with funding objectives.

Responsibilities include planning mobile events, managing data in Evaluation Web, and engaging communities through stigma-reducing approaches while collaborating with partners and staff for effective

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s in Public Health, Social Work, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Experience conducting HIV/STI testing and/or risk-reduction counseling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally humble, and stigma-reducing approaches.
• Valid driver’s license required (mobile testing responsibilities).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate prevention services including testing, referrals, and outreach.
• Plan and staff mobile testing events and community outreach.
• Maintain testing logs, inventories, and supplies.
• Engage target communities with culturally responsive outreach.
• Manage data entry and reporting in program databases.
• Attend trainings and collaborate with partners to enhance services.
