Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Outreach Specialist to conduct HIV/STI testing in community settings and to engage priority populations with culturally responsive services. You will coordinate with local partners to provide prevention and linkage to care, and maintain accurate program data per funding requirements.

The role requires working across metro and rural areas, travel, and collaboration with diverse community groups to improve health outcomes and reduce disparities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media, computer and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prefer bilingual Spanish and experience with Hispanic, African American, and LGBTQ populations.
• Must be willing to be fingerprinted and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement focused HIV/STI/HCV testing in non-traditional settings.
• Engage individuals and communities most vulnerable to HIV and provide testing, prevention services and linkage to care.
• Submit required data on project activities and client contacts using specified systems.
• Lead community engagement activities and coordinate with stakeholders to address health disparities.
