Job summary

Prevail is seeking a Fundraising Events Specialist in Noblesville, IN to lead planning and execution of special and third-party fundraising events. You will coordinate with volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams, driving campaigns to maximize attendance and revenue.

The role includes marketing support, donor stewardship, and data entry while maintaining event records and performance metrics. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with strong computer and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in events management, marketing, business, fundraising or related field; knowledge of community resources.
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, CanvaPro, WordPress, social media, event software, and donor databases.

Responsibilities

Own planning and execution of fundraising events from concept to post-event follow-up, coordinating timelines, budgets, and volunteers.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party event organizers and provide fundraising resources and materials.
Identify and secure event sponsors and manage sponsorship benefits and donor stewardship before, during, and after events.
