Paradigm is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover San Francisco, CA, and surrounding areas. This home-based role involves travel to doctors' offices, hospitals, and related sites, with responsibility for medical case management of work-related injuries.

The ideal candidate is an RN licensed in California with experience in case management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Valid driver’s license and good driving history required.

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered RN license in California.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management preferred.
• Certifications such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC strongly preferred; within 2 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Manage medical case work-related injuries: assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees.
• Monitor progress of the injured worker and report results to employer and carriers.
