Paradigm is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the South Bay Area in CA and surrounding regions. This field role involves travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations, with appointments potentially in a single day.

You’ll manage medical casework for work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation. The role demands CA RN licensure, autonomous work style, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in California is required.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC are strongly preferred and should be obtained within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with insurers, medical providers, attorneys, employers and employees to monitor progress and report results.
• Travel to doctors' offices, hospitals and other locations; home-based field work with appointments up to 2 hours one-way.
