Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license and prior case management experience (workers’ comp or occupational health preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage a field-based caseload independently.
• CCM certification preferred; hospital or rehabilitation settings experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess injured workers and develop treatment plans.
• Serve as a liaison between injured workers, medical providers, and employers.
• Attend physician appointments to ensure clear communication and adherence to care plans.
• Stay current on workers’ compensation regulations and best practices.
