Job summary

MECA Therapies, LLC is seeking a compassionate Family Service Coordinator (FSC) to support families from birth to three through Early Intervention in Roswell, NM. The FSC coordinates services, resources, and IFSPs while collaborating with therapists, healthcare providers, and community partners.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, timely service delivery, and documentation in designated systems, with field work in home and community settings and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields or two years of direct experience serving individuals with disabilities and/or families.
• Ability to complete required Family Service Coordination training modules within one year of hire.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills; strong communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for families enrolled in Early Intervention and guide them through the process.
• Coordinate evaluations, assessments, eligibility determinations, and IFSP development.
• Assist families in preparing IFSPs and coordinating services across home and community settings.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with MECA policies and state requirements.
• Connect families with community resources and medical providers; support transition planning.
