Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
• Interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with schools and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach to expose the community to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and NTT INDYCAR SERIES events.
• Assist with preparation of educational information about IMS and INDYCAR history.
• Provide tours of IMS to community organizations.
• Assist with coordination and implementation of Penske Entertainment Training program.
• Create and collect experience feedback surveys for EACE programming.
• Develop and curate content for social media platforms.
• Attend meetings and IMS events as needed.
• Run errands and assist with special EACE or HR projects.
