Penske Entertainment offers an External Affairs Community Engagement Intern position for the 2027 season in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role focuses on coordinating outreach to expose the community to IMS, INDYCAR, and related motorsports programs through educational and experiential content.

The intern will support EACE initiatives, assist with HR training, and collaborate across departments to deliver engaging fan and community experiences in a fast-paced motorsports environment.

• Ability to engage with schools and community organizations

Responsibilities

• Communicate with schools and non-profits about IMS visits
• Assist with educational information on IMS history
• Provide tours of IMS to community groups
• Assist with coordination of Penske Entertainment Training program
• Create and collect feedback surveys for EACE programming
• Develop engaging social media content
• Attend meetings and IMS events for EACE support
• Run errands as needed and assist with HR projects
