Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in senior living or multifamily residential with three years in a leadership role.
• State and federal mandated training/certification compliance.
• Current state driver’s license with appropriate driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Community.
• Achieve maximum resident occupancy and high satisfaction.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and motivation across all departments.
• Ensure profitability by meeting budget and census goals.
• Oversee month-end reporting, billing, payroll, and accounting.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Understand Fair Housing rules and regulations.
