Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily Community operations, drive occupancy, and lead staff to deliver high resident and employee satisfaction. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and maintain strong community relations.

The role requires leadership experience in senior living, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train and develop teams across departments, with emphasis on profitability and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in senior living or multifamily residential with a track record of staff management.
• Must comply with state/federal mandated training and certification.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Community to meet occupancy and budget objectives.
• Drive marketing and sales activities to achieve positive occupancy percentages.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff across departments.
• Oversee administrative tasks including month-end reports, invoicing, payroll, and A/R/A/P.
