Qualifications

• Sales experience in senior living is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms with ability to document, manage, and analyze sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy driving occupancy growth and a healthy pipeline.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a great customer experience and smooth resident transition.
• Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversions.
• Maintain tour-ready community and accurate sales systems reflecting Spectrum's brand and CRM data.
