Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Fernley Clubhouse is seeking a Development Coordinator to drive local fundraising, events, donor stewardship, and marketing activities in partnership with the Reno Resource Development team. You will coordinate day-to-day communications, execute events, support donor relations, and prepare reports using BGCTM templates and tools.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 1–3 years in events/marketing, and a High School diploma

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of events, marketing, or project management experience in nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute fundraising events and donor stewardship activities.
• Develop local marketing materials and communications.
• Prepare monthly Resource Development updates and reports.
